This Mum Runs
BS3-based This Mum Runs is a global community empowering Mums from all walks of life to run for fitness, social connection and a bit of time for themselves!
With a new app that’s just launched on the app store, you can get yourself set up with a walk-run programme, daily coached sessions and be connected to a global community of inspiring women.
You’ll also gain access to the This Mum Runs Facebook group which is hosting a daily ‘happy hour’ every evening at 7.30 pm with activities like meditation and mindfulness and others that are in the works.

The Wholeness of Wellbeing

Based in the Southville Clinic on Coronation Road, the Wholeness of Wellbeing is a comprehensive health clinic that uses physiotherapy, psychotherapy, yoga and movement to treat pain in a whole-body approach.
During this time, the team at Wholeness of Wellbeing are taking their personalised one-on-one yoga programme online. Deeply rooted in yoga education and using movement and breath to improve your health, this ten-session course will introduce you to the Wholeness of Wellbeing approach, give you two full physical evaluations and six 50-minute yoga sessions with materials to take home to improve your at-home practice.

The newest gym in BS3, Trained by BV offers personalised programming for any fitness or nutrition goal. The experienced coaches at Trained by BV will design a bespoke online coaching programme that includes training, nutrition guidance, assessment and 24/7 access to your coach.
Your coach will talk with you about what equipment you have available at home and your specific training goals to keep you moving while you’re staying home.
